The SP series semaphoric lanterns with incandescent lamps are produced by the Italian House SCAE, made from POLYCARBONATE with excellent performance and stable quality of raw material that meets the requirements of European Standard EN 12368 and the Greek Regulation FEK1914-B!_15-6-2012. The dimensions of the signal heads are suitable for light discs with 200mm or 300mm diameter.

  • Construction: Modular construction with sectional elements in 200 and 300 mm diameter. Rapid clutch doors and spring-lock handle, complete with polycarbonate lens moulded together. Visors with rapid clutch with differentiated rotation inserts against accidental fall. Brackets for installation at simple poles or at arm poles with backplane and hanging system.
  • Material: High quality polycarbonate for the best mechanical resistance. Made from colored paste and UV stabilized, available in the following colors: Green, Yellow, Black, Yellow-Black combination. Other colors upon request: ex Gray, Gray-Black combination.
  • Lenses: Antishock polycarbonate, UV stabilized, colored paste, in Red - Amber - Green - Clear colors. Provision for antiphantom system.
  • Light complex: Reflector with very high reflecting performance in Renal aluminium >99,8% with anodization >5 micron. Rapid clutch fastening to fixed elastic element. Ceramic lamp-holder compliant with CEI norms, with E-27 screw-cap and thimble electrical connections, without lamp focusing adjustment. Possibility to mount symbol masks, as arrows, man, bicycle, cross and tram bars.
  • Wiring: The electrical wiring is realized with unipolar cables having a cross section of 1.5 Sqmm, one for each lamp-holder plus one for common connection.
